These terms apply when you buy or use a MeraPatra invitation at merapatra.in. By purchasing, you agree to them.

What you are buying

A one-time purchase of one personalized Ganesh Chaturthi digital invitation for ₹379, inclusive of applicable taxes. That gives you:

• An invitation web page carrying your family name, welcome message, four event dates and times, venue, address and optional map link
• A shareable link to that page
• An optional WhatsApp RSVP button if you provide a number

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Your invitation

• You may share your link with as many guests as you like, for your own family's celebration.
• You may not resell the invitation, or present the design as your own product to other customers.
• The artwork, design and code remain ours. Your details remain yours.

What you put on it

You are responsible for the content you enter. You agree not to enter anything unlawful, hateful, obscene, misleading, or that infringes another person's rights, and not to use an invitation to harass anyone. We may remove an invitation that breaks this, without a refund.

Availability

We work to keep invitation links available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Hosting, networks and third-party services can fail.

All sales are final

Invitations are personalized and delivered instantly, so all sales are final once your invitation has been created. Please try the free live demo before buying. The only exceptions are set out in our refunds, cancellations and delivery policy.

Payments

Payments are collected by Razorpay. By paying you also accept Razorpay's terms. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials — see our privacy policy.

Availability of designs

Ganesh Chaturthi is the design currently offered. Other celebrations, including weddings, are planned but are not part of what you are buying today.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as guests missing an event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Shivamogga, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here on the day you purchase is the one that applies to your purchase.
